This week we panned out what noodle we wanted to make next. We couldn’t make any this week because of conflicting hockey schedules. We think we want to make ramen noodles.
Plan
Our plan for this genius hour is to make noodles, specifically Asian noodles. We are starting with using a machine, but later we want to hand pull them.
For this project me and Laur have decided to make noodles together. We already made some basic noodles with the help of Laur’s dad, but later we will make them by ourselves. This time we made a type of noodle called youpomian. You pour oil on it and it mixes the flavor.
This project was really fun, I got to learn how to solve a Rubik’s cube really fast as well as meet one of the best cuber in Alberta. My presentation went well but I definitely could have spoke slower and more clear. Overall it was a great time doing this project and I definitely learned things about time management.
